Students from SDCA Basic Education held their Practical Music Course (PMC) recital, last March 21 at the 10th Floor, SDCA Skyline.
Inspired by the song from the successful musical film, “The Greatest Showman,” the basic education students chose the title “A Million Dreams” as the theme of their PMC recital. The program was part of their Practical Music Course, which is a course that enhances the musical talents of the students from Grade 1 to Grade 8 in partnership with Zion’s Praise Music Inc.
Both old and contemporary music were performed by the students using the instruments that they mastered with the help of their PMC Teachers namely: Mr. Samuel Kenidy N. Joval (Team Leader/Drums), Ms. Jhoanna A. Tirado (Asst. Team Leader/Violin), Mr. Jeremiah N. Aguilucho (Guitar), Mr. Eric C. Dimailag (Flute/Saxophone), and Ms. Georgia S. Aberin (Piano).
Being able to share their talents to the people is a great experience for the students and can help them be more inspired to enhance their skills and knowledge.
