The general objective of the DLRC is acquire, organize and provide quality information and services for the stakeholders. Specifically, it aims to continously:

1. Provide access to a wide range of materials that support quality education, training, and community service of the College.

2. Deploy and improve information technologies to support the stakeholders.

3. Encourage and provide on-going development opportunities for library staff.

4. Engage partnership with other units and agencies to pursue organizational effectiveness.
