ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 AND 11

This scholarship is applicable for incoming Grade 7 and 11 students who graduated with honors in their batch:

With 40 or more students:
  • HIGHEST HONOR - 100 % discount on tuition fee
  • HIGH HONOR - 50 % discount on tuition fee
  • WITH HONOR - 25 % discount on tuition fee
With less than 40 students:
  • HIGHEST HONOR - 75 % discount on tuition fee
  • HIGH HONOR - 25 % discount on tuition fee
  • WITH HONOR - 10 % discount on tuition fee
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is applicable to incoming Grade 8, 9, 10 and 12 students who received the highest honors (98% 1o 100%) and ranked first to third in their previous levels in their batch.

With 40 or more students:
  • HIGHEST HONOR (RANKED 1) - 100 % discount on tuition fee
  • HIGH HONOR (RANKED 2) - 50 % discount on tuition fee
  • WITH HONOR (RANKED 3) - 25 % discount on tuition fee
With less than 40 students:
  • HIGHEST HONOR (RANKED 1) - 75 % discount on tuition fee
  • HIGH HONOR (RANKED 2) - 25 % discount on tuition fee
  • WITH HONOR (RANKED 3) - 10 % discount on tuition fee
CHILD/REN OF SDCA ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP

Child/ren of SDCA Alumni may avail of a one-time 10% discount on tuition fee for the term of entry only. Requirements:

  • Accomplished scholarship form
  • Proof of alumni (any of the ff: Photocopy of Diploma, TOR/ Form 137, Alumni ID)
  • Valid ID
  • PSA Birth Certificate of Child
  • Registration Form

SDCA-SHS AND PUBLIC SCHOOL GRADUATES WHO WILL ENROLL IN BOARD PROGRAMS
  • HIGHEST HONOR - 100% discount on tuition and 100% miscellaneous fees
  • HIGH HONOR - 75% discount on tuition and 50% miscellaneous fees
  • WITH HONOR - 50% discount on tuition and 25% miscellaneous fees
DISCOUNT FOR NON-BOARD PROGRAMS

Applicable to graduates of SDCA-SHS, Public School and those from Private Schools with at least 40 graduates

  • HIGHEST HONOR - 100% discount on tuition fee only
  • HIGH HONOR - 75% discount on tuition fee only
  • WITH HONOR - 50% discount on tuition fee only (from SDCA-SHS/ Public School); 30% discount on tuition fee only (from Private School)
DONA DOMINGA RAMIREZ-ANDAMAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
  • 40% Tuition Fee Discount for Board Programs
    • BS Radiologic Technology
    • BS Pharmacy
    • BS Physical Therapy
    • BS Accountancy
  • To qualify, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 88% in Grade 12.
GURO MO SAGOT KO
  • A special program to help the community in producing more teachers who will contribute to better quality of life. Scholars will pay the tuition and miscellaneous fees amounting to ten thousand pesos (Php10,000.00) per semester. To qualify, applicants must have a GPA of 85% and no grades lower than 82%. Once awarded, a retention policy will be applied.
ACADEMIC HONORS SCHOLARSHIP
FOUNDERS HONOR
  • GPA of at least 98% for two (2) consecutive semesters
  • No grade below 89% in any subject since 1st year
  • No INC grade in any subject
  • Regular load per semester as prescribed in the curriculum
  • Qualified for 100% discount in tuition fee only
PRESIDENTIAL HONOR
  • GPA of at least 95% for two (2) consecutive semesters
  • No grade below 89% in any subject since 1st year
  • No INC grade in any subject
  • Regular load per semester as prescribed in the curriculum
  • Qualified for 50% discount in tuition fee only
DEAN'S LIST HONOR
  • GPA of at least 90% for two (2) consecutive semesters
  • No grade below 89% in any subject since 1st year
  • No INC grade in any subject
  • Granted to top 3 of Dean’s List per year level of all SDCA Bachelor's Degree Programs and enrolled as a regular student with a full academic load during the semester.
  • Qualified for 25% discount in tuition fee only
CONDITIONS FOR RETAINING ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS
  1. Maintenance of required GPA every semester depending on the academic scholarship category.
  2. Enrollment of full-load or in units prescribed in the program curriculum.
  3. No record/s of discipline violation as stated in the Student Handbook.
REINSTATEMENT OF ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS
  1. Students whose scholarship has been terminated due to failure to maintain the required GPA may apply for reinstatement only once if they obtain the GPA required with no incomplete nor failing grade in all courses enrolled. Reinstatement of scholarship does not qualify for any Latin Honor or distinction award even if the required GPA is met.
  2. Students who took an approved leave of absence due to health reasons may apply for resumption of the scholarship provided they are allowed to proceed with their studies as certified by the School Physician.
INTERNALLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS
FACULTY/STAFF EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS
  • Dependents of the regular rank and file staff members and tenured faculty members shall be entitled up to 50% discount on tuition fee.
GRANTS-IN-AIDE FOR FAMILIES
  • The 2nd child gets 10% discount on tuition fees
  • The 3rd child gets 20% discount on tuition fees
  • The 4th child gets 30% discount on tuition fees
  • The 5th child gets 40% discount on tuition fees
SDCA-SDMC SCHOLARSHIP TO EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
  • Applicable for 3rd year and 4th year students of Nursing, BSIT, MEDTECH, and MMA interested in a full scholarship with employment opportunities.
  • The SDMC will sponsor tuition, laboratory, and miscellaneous fees per semester per qualified grantee.
  • Grantees must serve a minimum two-year employment contract at SDMC per academic year of scholarship.
  • All grantees must maintain a GPA of 85% and no failing grades.
CAMPUS LEADERS’ BENEFITS
  • Duly-elected officers of the Central College Student Council are granted scholarships in the form of special tuition fee discount.
  • Selected officers receive discounts as recommended by the Student Development Officer.
CAMPUS JOURNALISTS’ BENEFITS
  • Qualified campus editors of the official school publication The Gateway Group of Publications receive scholarships in the form of tuition fee discounts.
STUDENT-ATHLETES’ SCHOLARSHIP
  • Varsity players representing SDCA in sports competitions receive tuition fee discounts as recommended by the Athletics Coordinator.
ALUMNI DISCOUNT
  • The Alumni Loyalty Discount applies to alumni and their immediate family members.
  • Graduates with a bachelor’s degree or graduate studies receive a 10% tuition discount for one semester (entry-level grades only).
  • Eligible applicants must have good standing, an Alumni ID, and have paid the membership fee.
GOVERNMENT WORKERS DISCOUNT
  • Government employees may avail of a one-time 10% tuition fee discount for their immediate family members.

This is applied to the external office granting scholarship. These scholarships are governed by stipulations in an agreement with the donor/s.
