SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT
Student enrollment is a contractual relationship between the student and the school. A student is considered officially enrolled if the tuition is paid either partially or fully. To ensure a systematic enrollment, a year level based enrollment schedule is followed.
A. GENERAL GUIDELINES
- • They will undergo an interview afterwards. Applicants must bring a copy of their most recent report card if applicable for further evaluation, and must be with a parent/guardian.
- • Qualified applicants will then be assessed for enrolment.
- • Credentials submitted for enrollment become part of the student’s permanent record and cannot be withdrawn after registration has been completed.
- • Students are only allowed to attend classes in which they are officially enrolled.
B. ADMISSION OF INCOMING GRADE 11

- • A graduate from a duly recognized junior high school;
- • with good moral character as attested by the certification from the Principal/Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser;

ADMISSION QUALIFICATIONS
- • A graduate from a duly recognized secondary school or its equivalency;
- • with good moral character as attested by the certification from the Principal/ Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser;
- • with school credentials validated by the Philippine Consulate Office from their country;
- • documents must be translated into English if necessary
- • Passed the entrance examination and interview; and
- • Physically and mentally fit.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE (BASIC ED K-12)
- 1. Initial Evaluation
Student applicants must fill out the Basic Education (K-10) Application Form \ Senior Highschool Application Form at the Admissions Office with provided admission requirements.
- 2.Interview
Office of Academic / Student Affairs conducts interview and evaluate the academic background of the applicant.
- 3. Payment

The Office of the Registrar shall issue a computerized enrollment form to the student.
- 5. Availing of Enrollment Kit
Students shall avail books & uniform at the Business Center.
- 6. ID Application
A Student ID is issued by SDCA for the student to enter the campus premises and avail of student services. New students shall proceed to the DES (Digital Education Solution) for application.

ADMISSION OF CROSS-ENROLLEES
Cross-enrollees are required to bring their permit to cross enroll from their home school duly signed by the authorized academic personnel. Students officially cross-enrolled are subject to the existing rules and regulations of the school of origin and of St. Dominic College of Asia.

A. APPLICATION AND ADMISSION PROCEDURES
To qualify for admission to any master’s degree program the applicant must have:
- • A bachelor’s degree;
- • An undergraduate GPA of 80% or 2.5 in the academic subjects from the undergraduate degree;
- • A minimum of 12 to 18 (depending on the discipline) undergraduate units in which the applicant intends to do graduate studies if the Bachelor’s degree is not aligned;
- • International students are expected to have a sufficient knowledge of both written and spoken English to be able to do graduate level work; and

Foreign Students
- • Two (2) sets of Official Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. A “SEEN AND NOTED” stamp on transcript of records is not acceptable.
- • Two (2) sets of notarized Affidavit of Support and Proof of Adequate Financial Support to cover expenses for student’s accommodation and subsistence, school dues and other incidental expenses (Bank Statement).
- • Two (2) sets of photocopy of Passport where name, photo and birth date appear.

Graduate studies applicants must fill out a Graduate Studies Online Application Form at the Admissions Office. Inquiry Form shall be utilized during system maintenance.
- 2.Interview
All incoming students shall undergo interview with the Program Chair or Dean.
- 3. Submission of Requirements After results verification, applicants are required to submit the following admission credentials:
- • Original undergraduate and graduate transcript of records bearing the original signature of the registrar and school seal. Transcripts from the Philippine schools should bear the notation, “Copy Valid for St. Dominic College of Asia”

4. After submitting the admission requirements, the
student shall proceed as follows:
Students should complete the registration process to be considered officially enrolled. The complete registration process involves:
- A. ADVISING
Graduate students shall proceed to the Office of the Dean for advising. The Dean of the Graduate School or the Program Chair shall advise the student on the subjects to be enrolled based on the subjects offered for the semester.
- B. PAYMENT OF THE ASSESSED FEES
Students are considered officially enrolled once they have paid the assessed amount of tuition and fees and have been issued the Official Tuition Receipt of St. Dominic College of Asia. Only officially enrolled students are allowed to attend their classes. Students shall not be allowed to receive any degree, diploma, or certificate, nor be given a transcript of academic records, unless all financial obligations have been settled.
- C. ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION FORM
The Office of the Registrar shall issue a computerized enrollment form to the student.
- D. ID APPLICATION/VALIDATION
Student must fill out the ID and Digital Citizenship application online.
- E. MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Students shall proceed to the Health Services Office for the medical examination requirements and appointment.
