The Young Executive Society (YES) launched its 2nd Business Expo-Losion with the theme, “Rise of the Business Millennials” on March 20 at the 10th Floor, Multi-Purpose Hall. The event featured guest speaker Ms. Camille Villar.
The business expo was attended by students from the School of Business and Computer Studies (SBCS) and various Senior High School (SHS) institutions across Cavite. The activity aimed to emphasize the importance of business among the youth and to develop their skills in research and product development.
Ms. Camille Villar, with her extensive background in business, discussed how entrepreneurship influences students in creating their own income-generating products and services.
Alongside the seminar, members of the Junior Achievement Philippines Inc. (JAPI), a non-sectarian organization for BS Business Administration students, together with 4th-year Business Administration students, showcased products developed through their feasibility studies. These students presented their innovative products to Ms. Villar with pride and confidence.
The event was successfully organized by the YES organization officers, the official academic organization of Business Administration at St. Dominic College of Asia.
