Ms. Kate Arthel Belino, the Ms. SDCA 2025 Ambassadress for Goodwill and representative of Region IV-A, placed 3rd in the National Mutya ng PRISAA 2026 competition held in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental as part of the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) National Games.
Mutya ng PRISAA is one of the major events conducted during the national meet, bringing together student representatives from different regions across the country. The pageant highlights not only poise and presentation but also student representation, communication skills, and personality.
Ms. Belino represented Region IV-A throughout the national competition and finished among the top finalists in this years edition of the pageant. Her participation formed part of Region IV-As delegation during the PRISAA National Games 2026.
