The event was conducted in cooperation with:
- Bacoor Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office (BDRRMO)
- Wilderness Search and Rescue (WISAR) - Cavite Chapter
- Barangay Talaba IV Personnel
The Dominican community was trained on key earthquake safety protocols, including actions to take before, during, and after an earthquake. The drill was executed at the SDCA grounds and along Bacoor Boulevard, ensuring that participants understood evacuation routes and safety zones.
To ensure safety during the drill, participants followed strict COVID-19 health protocols, including:
- Physical distancing
- Wearing of face masks
- Minimizing unnecessary conversation
Following the drill, an evaluation meeting was conducted at the Higher Education AVR, facilitated by BDRRMO and Prof. Jonathan Velustria Sta. Ana, Director of the Department of Administrative Support Services (DASS).
The successful execution of the 3rd Quarter National Earthquake Drill was made possible through the collective efforts of SDCA, the Local Government Unit, and Wilderness Search and Rescue, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to disaster preparedness and public safety.
