St. Dominic College of Asia (SDCA) held its 4th Laboratory Coat and Pinning Ceremony for Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science students on June 17, 2026, at the D.R.A. Hall.
Carrying the theme, Advancing the Profession: Excellence, Innovation, and Service in Laboratory Medicine, the ceremony marked an important stage in the academic and professional formation of the participating students.
The ceremony formally recognized the students progression in their Medical Laboratory Science education as they prepare for further academic training and clinical experiences in laboratory medicine.
The wearing of the laboratory coat and the presentation of pins served as symbolic elements of the ceremony, representing the responsibilities associated with the profession and the students commitment to professional conduct and service.
