St. Dominic College of Asia (SDCA) conducted its 10th White Coat Ceremony last May 12, 2026, at the DRA Hall, formally recognizing its 2nd Year Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy students as they progressed into a key stage of their professional formation in the field of healthcare.
The ceremony is a significant academic milestone for pharmacy students, marking their transition into more advanced professional training and reinforcing their commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
This years theme, "One Health, One Pharmacy: Advancing Quality of Dominican Pharmaceutical Education, Collaborative Practice, and Research for Sustainable Community Health", emphasized the role of future pharmacists in supporting interdisciplinary healthcare and contributing to community wellness through evidence-based practice and collaboration.
The event highlighted the institutions continued focus on preparing students for the responsibilities of the pharmacy profession through academic preparation and values formation.
