Lea B. Miano, a third-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) student of St. Dominic College of Asia (SDCA), was recognized as the Top 1 Outstanding Company Member in the JA Philippines Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP) Program for School Year 2025-2026.
Miano received the recognition while representing Green-Aura Philippines, a student-led mini-company developed as part of the program.
The JA Philippines ESP Program provides students with opportunities to develop and demonstrate competencies in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness. As part of the program, participants undergo training and practical activities centered on operating a mini-company, allowing them to apply business concepts in a simulated entrepreneurial environment.
The recognition also reflects the academic guidance provided by the BSBA faculty members, program chair, and dean throughout the students participation in the program.
As part of the recognition, Miano was invited to attend the JA Philippines Face-to-Face Awarding and Oath Taking Ceremony scheduled on August 7, 2026, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
