Kate Arthel Belino, a student from the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science program, began her path as Ms. SDCA Ambassadress of Goodwill 2025. From this point, she gradually embraced greater responsibilities, allowing her to represent St. Dominic College of Asia in the Mutya ng PRISAA Cavite 2026 with confidence and grace.
On February 13, 2026, during the Mutya ng PRISAA Cavite pageant held at SDCA, which featured participants from various schools and universities across Cavite, the event concluded with Kate being named 1st Runner-Up which led her to the Mutya ng PRISAA Regional 2026, held last March 21, 2026, at SM City San Pablo, where she was crowned as the Grand Winner. Alongside this title, she was also honored with Best in Talent and Best in Long Gown.
Now, she moves forward with purpose as she represents Region IV-A CALABARZON at the PRISAA National Competition in Bacolod City, Philippines. As she steps onto a larger stage, she continues her journey with the same determination and grace that have guided her from the very beginning.
