The Central College Student Council (CCSC) in partnership with the Community Outreach and Extension Office and Human Resource Department of Education (DepEd), last June 2 at Sangley Point National High School, Cavite City.
Over the years, the BrigadaEskwela has been extended to a week-long clean up drive in participation of the stakeholders of education such as students, teachers, parents, school officials, local government officials, local government officials, and private sectors. With the theme: “Tayo Para saPaaralangLigtas, Maayos, at HandaMula Kindergarten Hanggang Senior High School”, DepEd aims to unite the community to ensure a better future for the next generation. The volunteers helped in cleaning the school premises, repairing armchairs and repainting the classrooms so that it will be ready before the classes formally start on June 13. Members of the Global Educators Guild also volunteered to help in the cleanup drive in Niog Elementary School last June 1. Student lears, alumni employees, faculty members, and administrators actively participated the annual community outreach event.
