Wear your school
ID upon entering the library
- Bags and other
belongings must be deposited in the baggage counter. Cell phones, wallets, Laptop and other
important items should not be left at the baggage counter.
- Courtesy is to
observed at all times when requesting for any assistance or favor from library
personnel. The library personnel may
refuse entry to students on account of discourtesy.
- Observe silence
and proper decorum while in the library.
- Handle library
materials with care.
- Books must be
placed in their designated arrangement after using.
- Keep the library
clean and orderly at all times. Trash
cans are provided in the library.
- Returned books
should be inspected carefully otherwise missing of torn pages will be charged
against the borrower.
- Be careful in
moving or pulling chairs to avoid unnecessary noise. Return them after use.
- Observe proper dress code.
- Faculty members are not allowed to hold their classes
inside the library.
- Turn off
cellular phones when inside the library.
Library personnel may confiscate cell phones.
- For purposes
of overnight book loan the following is to be observed:
Regular Semester:
1:30-4:30pm only
Summer Classes: 1:00-3:00pm only.
- Vandalism (writing on the table, chairs, books,
magazines and other), tearing pages, stealing and mutilating books are strictly
prohibited and will be dealt accordingly.
- Coordinators
and Faculty members are not allowed to use the computer/Internet Service.
- For overdue books a fine of P5.00 will be charged and
P1.00 for each succeeding hour delay.
